Every piece from Zyphenzx is made to order—printed with care on premium canvas and high-quality desk mats before it travels to you.

Production Time

  • Canvases take 3 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Desk Mats take 1 Business Day to produce before shipping.

Shipping Options

  • Economy Shipping (Domestic): 4–8 business days after production

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 2–5 business days after production

  • International Shipping: 10–30 business days depending on location and customs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on product size, destination, and service selected.

  • Occasionally, we run free shipping offers—so keep an eye out!

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your art’s journey from our studio to your space.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

Damages & Issues

We package all artwork with great care, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
